# Disconnect

This guide is divided into different sections so make sure to follow the instructions carefully for a successful setup.

### Pre-Setup Instructions

    Our software uses C++ to render everything so in order to make sure that every function is working for you, you must install the following C++ Runtime Components.

      This is a standard Microsoft component used by many applications. Installing it ensures everything runs smoothly and securely.

    **Install (both):**

  <Tab title="Windows Defender">
    Because software executables (.exe) modify or inject code into games to enable features like ESP, they cannot be officially verified by Microsoft. As a result, Windows Defender often flags the launcher. For this reason, it may be necessary to temporarily disable Windows Defender.

    **How to Disable Windows Defender (Efficiently):** Install **dControl**, a tool that allows you to easily turn Windows Defender on or off.

    You can also re-enable Windows Defender once you’re finished using the software.

  <Tab title="Anti-Cheats">
    Some games cause their Anti-Cheat to run in the background even when the game isn't being played, this can cause issues for when you are trying to launch the software as they can block it.

    **Anti-Cheats to Uninstall:**

    * FACEIT
    * Riot Vanguard

    If you're unsure how to adjust these settings, search for a [YouTube](https://youtube.com/) guide using your motherboard or laptop model, or ask for step-by-step instructions (include your system details).

### Step by Step Guide

    Download and install the latest version of the launcher to begin setup.

  <Step title="Launch the Software">
    Log in with your existing account, or create a new account using your license key.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Product Selection">
    Go to the Products page inside the loader and after selecting the desired product, simply click **Inject**.

  <Step title="Start Game">
    Once done, start the game to see the software pop up.

<Tip>
  **Tip:** Press **INS** to open or close the in-game menu. If your keyboard does not have an INS key, use the Windows on-screen keyboard.

### Troubleshooting

Below is a variety of common errors. Expand the sections below to find the appropriate fixes.

    1. Try logging out and back in, then attempt the injection again. Many issues are resolved with a simple retry.
    2. Initialize the loader only once per session. Launching it multiple times may invalidate the session (a.k.a. Restart PC).

    If the ESP is lagging or feels unresponsive, reduce your in-game FPS cap and graphics settings:

    `Settings → Frame Rate Limit`

    If the ESP appears shaky, disable **Anti-Aliasing** and **NVIDIA DLSS** in your game settings.
